This policy applies to all services, subscription plans, badges, and promotional services provided through the CVZAD platform.
All prices displayed on the CVZAD platform are valid at the time of subscription. CVZAD reserves the right to modify its prices in the future without affecting subscriptions that have already been purchased.
No service or subscription will be activated until the payment has been successfully completed and confirmed by the approved payment gateway.
Payments confirmed for badges or promotional features are non-refundable. Purchased badges will remain active until the end of the subscribed period.
If a subscriber pays for the Golden Placement service or Specialization Placement service but their CV video is not displayed during the reserved period due to the unavailability of a promotional seat, the subscriber shall be entitled to an equivalent compensation period.
If no promotional seat becomes available for the Golden Placement or Specialization Placement service within thirty (30) days from the payment confirmation date, the subscriber may request a full refund of the amount paid.
Eligible refund requests under this policy will be processed within a period not exceeding seven (7) business days from the date the request is approved.
The subscription period begins on the date the service is activated on the platform, not on the account creation date or payment date if activation is delayed due to seat unavailability.
All promotional benefits will automatically expire at the end of the subscription period unless the subscription is renewed.
Deleting an account, removing a CV video, or modifying profile information does not entitle the subscriber to a refund after the service has been activated.
If a technical error results in a payment being charged without activating the purchased service, CVZAD will investigate the transaction and either activate the service or issue a refund, as appropriate.
All payments are processed through approved electronic payment gateways. CVZAD does not store users’ bank card information or payment credentials.
CVZAD reserves the right to suspend or cancel any subscription or review any payment transaction if fraudulent activity or a violation of the platform policies is suspected, following an appropriate investigation.
Applicable taxes or government fees may be added where required by the laws and regulations of the relevant jurisdiction.
CVZAD reserves the right to update or modify this Pricing and Refund Policy at any time in accordance with platform development and applicable regulations. The updated version shall become effective upon publication on the platform.
